This is a great hotel. Really nice staff. Very accommodating. Spotlessly clean. Only had breakfast there but very nice and loads of choice. About a 15 min walk from harbour but there is a complimentary shuttle service. Really great stay there.

Everything was excellent. Very well placed in a quiet area, 15 minutes stroll from the town centre, but the hotel also offers a free shuttle which was very convenient. Everything in the hotel was very nice and clean. Most of all, our stay was like a 5 stars experience due to the very helpful and friendly staff.

Great place to stay at Garda

We had a wonderful four nights at Hotel Eden. We made new friends and I like how we had the same table for breakfast and dinner. Loved everything about this place. Only placed we would stay if we return. If I had a negative it would be the shuttle should run more frequently.

Nice and friendly hotel with one exception

Overall a nice and comfortable hotell with one exception, though. When laying next to the pool we ordered lunch from the bar and it was brought to us by a nice man from the staff. Shortly after, a strong wind swept by and broke a glass, even though it was placed on the ground. We gathered the pieces of the glass and called for a woman in the staff. She was very rude and did not think it was her job to pick up the pieces of glass. She alleged it was our fault that the glass was broken and that we should have brought the pieces and dish back to the bar ourselves. Except for her, we appreciate the hotel and especially the friendly man that opened the door to the roof late in the evening so that we could watch the lightening from the thunderstorm. Also a very good breakfast.

Schönes Hotel mit angenehm grossem Zimmer, sauber und gepflegt, freundlicher Service, reichhaltiges Frühstück. 2-3 Autominuten vom Gardasee entfernt, gut auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Eigene Parkplätze sowie Parkgarage verfügbar. Kleiner Pool und Whirlpool für wärmere Jahreszeiten. Fernsehbedienung hat nicht funktioniert und WLAN war nicht zu gebrauchen, ansonsten alles zu unserer besten Zufriendheit!

Ein tolles Hotel mit herzlichem Personal

Sehr schöne Zimmer und exzellenter Service. Wir waren dann spontan noch eine Nacht länger dort und sind sehr von der tollen Hotelführung angetan. Das Frühstück war super und eine große Auswahl vorhanden. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt an das komplette nette Personal. Die Lage ist für uns perfekt. In 15 Minuten ist man fussläufig in der Stadt. Es wird auch heim kostenloser Shuttle angeboten.

Gutes Hotel, 20 Min. Fußweg bis in die Stadt

Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Personal war freundlich, das Hotel in einem gutem Zustand. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass es auf einer Anhöhe an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt. Mal eben schnell zu Fuß in die Stadt oder mit dem Fahrrad wieder den Berg hoch ist beschwerlich. Es wird aber mehrmals am Tag ein Shuttle vom Hotel zum Zentrum angeboten. Da der Gardasee stark von Harley Fahrern frequentiert wird, haben die nachts ziemlich genervt bei offenem Fenster. Da wir viele Ausflüge gemacht haben, haben wir nicht alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels in Anspruch genommen.

Great choice.

Fantastic 5 night stay in Garda. The hotel was clean and very comfortable, the staff helpful, polite and efficient. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of fruit, yoghurt, cold meats, cheese, bread , pastries, cake, cereal , eggs and bacon. Ideally situated for exploring the whole lake with good bus connections and ferry service.

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel wohl gefühlt.Es ist sehr gepflegt und ortentlich. Leider ist es für uns etwas zu außerhalb, da wir das nächste mal eine zentralere Lage bevorzugen. Es gibt zwar ein Shuttle Bus, aber die Zeiten müssen halt passen.
