Our stay at the B&B was good, on arrival there was a slight mishap with our rooms but within half hour it was sorted and there wasn't any further problems. Each day we was provided with a continental breakfast delivered to our rooms at our requested time and on the last day due to leaving early for our flight they prepared us an on-the-go breakfast. The rooms was small but they we're clean, comfortable and safe very good value for money. On downfall is where it's situated it's around a 20/30 minute walk from the town centre but there is a supermarket next door to the B&B.

Lovely room, shame about the facilities.
The only negative about the service is that we had to wait for an hour before getting into the room with no answer from either the buzzer or the contact phone number. The only other service was breakfast and this was on time and great. The area is a little far out from the sightseeing areas but it is possible to walk as long as you have the time and the metro is close and easy to use. While the room itself was clean and spacious, the toilet/shower was down the hall which wasn't ideal when sharing the B&B with other people. The bathroom itself has no real ventilation, needs re-decorating and smelled pretty bad just from the damp.

Best kept secret in Venice
Amazing staff. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood.Easy to find using public transportation (a water bus from the train station). Explore Venice & come home to solitude. Walking distance from swim beach, shopping, restaurants & water bus. Breakfast was delicious!

a good place to stay
I would definitely stay here again! It is walking distance to the coloseum but what I liked best was every morning a delightful young lady named Pam delivered a very delicious and large breakfast to our room. The advice that I have is that if you're thinking of staying here is if you arrive after regular business hours, then call ahead when you arrive. There are other businesses in the building so the front door is closed after 5:00, however you can check in any time but after 5 pm, by sure to call so they can open the door downstairs. The room I stayed in could use a coat of paint.

Home from home
Wonderful greeting at the apartment. Despite any language difficulties we were introduced to the apartment and shown everything. Breakfast was delivered to our door and we sat on the balcony to eat. Great place to stay and to explore the city from.
