Telford Whitehouse Hotel
Well priced, good facilities
Comfortable stay in family room with my wife and 2 young kids. Reasonably priced given the facilities available. Staff very friendly and efficient and helped to find my wife’s earring that she had lost. Breakfast was good.

Great value place to stay but don’t eat there.
This hotel is of a good standard. Room was very clean and spacious. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. We thought it was good value for the price. However, it is badly let down by the restaurant and food - the restaurant was empty (not their fault) and cold. The staff were busying themselves laying the tables all around us for breakfast the next day which didn’t help. The food was not good quality (battered fish with skin on and lots of bones - and I mean lots). Items were ordered then the waitress came back (twice) to say they’d run out. Not enough chips for all the orders so we had to change one, A couple of things were good enough - samosa starter and macaroni cheese but otherwise a big disappointment. Breakfast was ok - coffee dreadful.

Nice bed but bathtoom needs an update
Room was pleasant enough but the bathroom could do with an update. Shower curtains are a bit old fashioned for my taste!

Lovely pool- shame about the soundproofing
Nice and near iron bridge and Telford - reasonably priced but try and get room facing inwards not by road. Soundproofing between rooms and from road terrible!

Fantastic hotel.
Friendly staff. Check in very easy. Room was large, clean and bed comfortable. Free parking and wifi was a bonus. I ate in the restaurant in the evening which was lovely. Food was served in large portions and was delicious. Fantastic prices too. Breakfast was buffet style, all fresh and well presented. Better than most hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommended.
