The staff was extremely polite and professional. Best experience I’ve had in a Romanian hotel! Rooms are large, bedding very comfortable. Bathrooms need a bit of TLC but water pressure was perfect and they are very clean. Breakfast was bountiful and healthy. Overall amazing stay.

We only stayed one night and the staff was very friendly, english speaking and helpful with transportation. But it is a dated hotel that is over represented in the photos. The room furnishings were very old and the a/c-heater did not work. The dials on it were missing and the none of the controls did anything. The toilet dripped water making the dripping sound all night. The safe did not function.

Lobby probably the most amazing i have seen in my long life I love the lobby There was an issue at check in. The man at check in was very helpful and corrected the wrong payment promptly The hotel is walkable from bbu airport and talks 15 to 20 minutes.
