The staff was friendly and helpful- specially Mauricio. The hotel is located very conveniently near two metros -one of the stops takes you directly to Leonardo da Vinci airport. You can also walk to a lot of the main attractions. Even thought the hotel is located in the city center is was quiet enough to sleep well at night.
