The property is in an excellent location right on La Ramblas. However, this means it is very, very noisy in the evening.The reception staff are not exactly warm and freindly. Our window wouldn't open in our room so it's stuffy and you have to use the aircon to get any freshness. I found the hotel ok but wouldn't stay again.
