The staff at the Hideaway go above and beyond to meet all your needs and ensure that you have a relaxing abd enjoyable holiday. The location of the resort (right on a private beach) is spectacular! Yes...not the most modern resort on the Coral coast but makes up for it in so many other areas!! I look forward to returning to this quaint resort in the future for lots of r & r and interacting with the beautiful and endlessly happy happy staff!

Not a stranger to Hideaway, I’ve been going for years. It’s not flash, and only had one restaurant available during our stay, but it’s a special place. It’s the staff that make it, they are pretty much all amazing, and the reason I keep coming back. They say at Hideaway that you arrive as guests and leave as family and it’s true. I’ll be back next year 😊

Lovely staff. Unfortunately the waterpressure at the resort was terrible! Also extremely loud music blaring from the bar area, we saw so many customers leave the area. We were wanting to leave a tip for staff at the end of our 9 day stay but was told they did not accept credit cards for tips! I assume that most guests would pay by card? Overall, a nice break with very nice staff. Just a few adjustments would fix many things, such as a chalk board with daily activities in the main bar area, much prefereable to the unintelligible chatter from staff members behind the bar. I think proper staff training would be advisable. Otherwise an enjoyable break. Thank you!

The staff was incredible! They were beyond 5 stars. Everything else, 3 stars or less. I want to love this place so much. I could be soooo amazing. I think it once was. We heard it is new management and things have gone downhill. I don’t want to bash on them- but after three days we left and went elsewhere. Mostly so we could have running water, toilets to flush, and when water was on- hot water for showers. You tend to want a supply of water when paying to stay somewhere on vacation.
