We had a one night stay in the hotel, we were greeted and made to feel very welcome. The hotel is an old build but is very clean, the room was huge with a double bed and bunk beds. Bedding was fresh and clean, bathroom clean and the water lovely and hot with lots of fresh towels. Overall a great stay, will definitely book again. Highly recommend if your in Torquay

We only used this as a crash pad while visiting family over Xmas, it did the job nicely! Very friendly check in staff who helped carry our bags to the room, large family room, nice powerful shower, very basic breakfast but can't complain for the price.

Room in good condition and clean, but needs some tlc. But it did what it said on the tin. And I paid £25 for a double room for the night for 2. I was dreading the worse. I got what i paid for and was relieved it was clean and made a good stop for the night.

Staff were amazing. Room was very clean and have everything you need. Walls quiet thin so can hear people in the next room. Carpark space very limited. Would stay again absolutely fine for the price you are paying. Should be charging more.

Great Value Hotel located not too far from town

We booked Last minuet for 3 nights and were just looking for value for money with 24 hour check in and Free Parking. Overall we were very happy with our stay Parking was free But fairly limited so we had to park on a nearby road on our first night. Town was about a 20-30 minuet walk (quite hilly) with a little pub and various bakeries on route. We were out most of the time but the room was comfortable and spacious. There was also a lounge area with games/books. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel but it looked like a continental was offered. Manager was very friendly and polite. Would deffinatly stay again for a longer visit.

Close to bus and train station.

It was great to have an enamel bath with a strong power shower over it. Torre Railway station was a few minutes' walk away and I went to Teignmouth. The staff are helpful. Maintenance to the outside of the building is overdue as there is a faulty drainpipe that either needs a man with a ladder or some scaffolding or possibly an insurance claim as two building blocks are also showing. It isn't perfect but the price reflects this.

Horrible property - old, musty and creaky. Initially put into a room with dirty sheets, rubbish in bins and dirty toilet 😟. Manager apologised profusely and moved us to another room. He also brought an extra heater because the room was quite chilly- he was helpful but has a terrible property to manage. Felt a bit unsafe because of the random young men who silently appeared…apparently they were employees (no uniform or staff identification), really scary. Didn’t like the keypad operated door …didn’t feel safe. Sorry, I don’t like giving negative reviews but this hotel was not good.

The room I hang, admittedly a late booking, was not cleaned and still had the dirty sheets towels and rubbish from the last occupants. I slept on top of the bed covers and left without showering. Very poor!

This hotel is very dingy and shabby. The bedroom had dark grey walls, making it feel.like a cell. There was no.breakfast. i didnt want to sleep there, so I slept on my friend's sofa instead. It is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. I wonder if it being used primarily to house homeless people.

** edited ** wouldn’t let me post Absolutely filthy!! Upon speaking to some of the locals it’s actually a hostel for wrongens mainly !! It’s not a hotel holiday stay they refused me my refund back the place was grimey underground is definitely cleaner !! Staff are useless piss takes I had insurance and still refused to pay me my money back after a week Of constant calls I finally got my money back !! Don’t trust this place !!
