No iron, no air-con booked for 3 rooms and when my colleague arrived on his late flight at midnight they told him they were full.

Get what you pay for
Room Was good value for money, basic, but you get what you paid for and done the job, handy to bus stop into city centre, didn't have many dealings with staff but any we had they were pleasant enough. However on first morning there fire alarm went off at 6:30am, no staff were present at desk during this, no instructions were given and no explanation was given, which we were not happy about. On the second morning there was work men out in the hall from before 8am which ruined any chance we had of lying on, they were very loud in work and conversation, and this was not ideal. The room packed plugged sockets. However overall they say was decent and done the job as we were not in the room much, only at night and mornings
