Good value
Good value for money. A bit far out from the centre but plenty of buses nearby and a train station 10-15 minutes walk away.

Give it a miss!!
Well where to start! Room not cleaned for the 3 nights I was there! Room shabby and dirty in places. Rubbish from previous occupier found! Bar/restaurant shut on Sunday. Staff claimed had no change so kids couldn’t use vending machines. Friends experienced same or worse with one moving rooms twice!!

I stay there all the time
I have stayed at this hotel a fair bit in the past couple of months and the rooms have always been clean the beds are comfortable bathrooms are clean as well . The staff are great they are always pleasant and up-beat at reception and in the restaurant and they always deal with any issues quickly and in good humor. If you are out working in the Blanchard's town or Ballycoolin area then i would recommend this hotel the only downside is after a few days the menu is a bit restricted but its not to far away from blanchards town and all of its typical eateries.

Creaky floorboards keep you awake. Helpful staff
Worst thing was the creaky floorboards in the entire hotel. You could hear every footstep and door closing all night. Very tired room. Handle fell off door. Flaking paint, very basic bathroom. No shampoo in bathroom. Very basic breakfast - cooked breakfast/toast/muffins. Staff were friendly and helpful though.
