Convenient hotel with excellent amenities
Friends and I came to the area during BottleRock weekend; and didn't want to pay Napa hotel prices. This hotel is a gem! Spacious room, nice fridge and microwave. Fantastic pool and hot tub - used both. Even the landscaping in pool area is nice. Workout room looks good. Free breakfast is pretty good. Staff are friendly.

My teenage daughter and I stayed here during a conference. The heater would heat up for about 10 minutes and then blow cold air. I was told that since there were no rooms available to swap to, they would give me 20% off the first night of my 2 night stay. The girl at the front desk then came down to the room to try to fix it. I told her the fan wouldn’t shut off. She told me I had to have it on “on” for it to shut off, which is completely backwards of how it actually works. She told me to call if we still had issues. I called again and got some blankets for the cold night. The next day the maintenance guy came in and set it and told me to call if it goes cold again. It went cold again and I called. He came back and said if it does it again, I need to tell the front desk and they need to replace the unit. He lied on his report and said the only thing wrong was user error. When I checked out the next day, I told them that the maintenance guy said to tell them and told them about the 20% off. She said she’d put a note in and would call hotels.com. I contacted hotels.com who contacted the hotel. They denied the refund. I called the hotel and found out about the maintenance report. They told me no one said anything about the refund. Finally they agreed to honor it. I contacted hotels.com again and they called the hotel and they wouldn’t honor it again. Hotels.com gave me a coupon to make up for it. Horrible experience. Never again!
