In house requirements
Overall our stay and the services during our stay were very good. Though it is an older hotel, our room was clean to the par, had to ask for an iron and an ironing board and also had to ask for a box of tissue papers. We didn’t find a laundry bag either. All this seem little bit odd. Apart from that staff was fantastic and polite. Wake up calls were in time and all the reminders were executed well. Over all a very good stay.

Stayed at this property before, it is the staff at the desk I feel don't do enough; not welcoming enough, seem only interested in doing their job as a duty it is a task, and the service staff crowd you when checking in checking out, the door man and anyone near by! There is only so many people you need to carry your luagge, two bags don't require two people, the property is good value for money, best services was breakfast 5/5 for the in dinning

Run down property claiming high rating but it is not worth. During my stay housekeeping was not done when I was away. All days during my stay Me and my daughter have to stay in the lobby for them to clean rooms after we comeback to hotel. Security is a biggest concern. Their lift does not have a key access, any one can get in on the guest floors. I had a perfect stranger ( Not a staff) ringing my bell and when I asked him why he was disturbing me he approached to my daughter's room and I have to stop him. I called front desk and they sent me Housekeeping manager to investigate after almost 30 minutes. I paid for the Club room, but surprisingly there is no club lounge. None of the manager's are available on duty after several complaint I found some manager who tried to resolve the issues, by giving me excuses. Staff is extremely rude and rough. I do not know How do they claim Five star rating this property is not even worth 3 star. Food is very expensive compare to other hotel I stayed in Ahmedabad during my visit in Dec. Also my daughter got sick in stomach after eating Chicken from the hotel . Please do not consider this hotel at all. I will never stay at this location.

The staff here is courteous and very cooperative. The unique feature is they welcome all the guests with Namaste with a smiling face which makes the guests feel instant welcome.
