The very best thing about the Crowne Plaza London - Kingston by IHG is Breakfast! Outstanding! Honestly, the best breakfast buffet I have ever had in 60 years of Travel! The staff is very eager to please. Management wasn't. One negative: No working heat in our room for the entire 5 day stay. This was rectified by a powerful but noisy space heater.

Great service from John on reception. Room was clean and modern for a standard room. Tv included ability to cast from phone which was ideal. Lovely overnight stay. Will definitely stay again.
