The property looks dated on the inside. My room was not properly cleaned, which is quite unfortunate in this era of Covid-19. The bathroom door could not lock properly. There is definitely nothing positive to write about this hotel. I have stayed in a number of TownePlace suites and this ranks bottom of the lot. I am utterly disappointed and would not recommend anyone to stay here. I am still baffled as to why this place has high ratings, which is what made me to book it!

It was perfect.. Quiet , clean, nice set up for breakfast even with the COVID running. Staff was always friendly. Acknowledged you every time they saw you. They only thing that was so hard to deal with was the hallways were so hot, no air in them and the elevator was the same. Only air running was on the first floor. It made it most difficult to breath with such heat. But everything else was outstanding.
