Love the Hyatt. My new favorite!
Loved our stay. Super clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved the iced fresh lemon water in the lobby and so many different breakfast choices including healthy options. Appreciated longer than normal breakfast hours and later than normal check out. Both were nice additions.

From the picture, the pool looked big. But, in person it is the size of a Spool. When we got to our room, the bathroom tub was dirty. The breakfast was pretty good, with real bacon and all the other regular continental breakfast stuff. We have the 2q w/sofa bed. The 5 of us were very comfortable in the space with the room divide.

Super disappointed!!!
Definitely not worth the price. Booked a room with two queens. Checked in and the attendant did not say anything about not having the room we booked. We went to our room. It was a king with a pull out bed. We went back down to the clerk and he said “rooms you book aren’t guaranteed and that they didn’t have the room we booked. Super unprofessional and not caring in the least. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, underneath the sink was leaking, the pull out bed was super uncomfortable and had rips in the sheets. I definitely would NOT recommend this proper. Could have gotten a much cheaper room in better condition. Super disappointed and will mot be back!!! The only positive was it was in a nice area. Not what I would expect for a Hyatt!

Our stay..
Hotel was nice, arrived with my husband and ended up with one bath towel, tv was not up to par. Turning the tv on was good at first for the first five minutes it started giving issues. Our stay was overnight.
