I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya. The room had both a washing machine and a small kitchen, which made it incredibly convenient for families traveling with children. Having the ability to do laundry and prepare simple meals made our stay much more comfortable, especially when traveling with a little one. The hotel’s location in Shibuya was also very convenient for getting around Tokyo. Overall, it was a very pleasant and family-friendly stay, and I would happily recommend it to other families visiting Tokyo.

I had a wonderful 5 nights stay. Staffs were extremely helpful. We were there to celebrate my daughters' birthday and Hotel gave us complimentary breakfasts and drinks. Our room was on the 14th floor with beautiful sunset view of the city. Excellent location and room was very clean with washer/dryer. Bed was very comfortable. This was a very comfortable stay with well equipped room including daily coffee, water bottles, coffee machine, washing machine, fridge and microwave. The property itself is about 10 mina from the Shibuya crossing. The Shibuya station is directly beneath, very handy. We would certainly come back this place. Friendly hotel staff too.

The breakfast wasn’t good. They downgraded my room upon arrival because they didn’t have my room available. I booked a king 3 months out and got downgraded to a twin. However, they tried to accommodate me with breakfast included and a top floor. The room was clean and nice, with an incredible view. I’m also a light sleeper so a top floor is ideal. I do think this hotel is a bit overpriced, but they do have a big apartment style room with laundry, stove, and a big fridge. This place is ideal for a long stay. I only stayed 2 nights so I think I’d stay somewhere else next time. The room and hotel property was very clean. The only other thing was it was a pain to find the hotel and I got lost a bunch of times before figuring out the maze. The hotel lobby is on the top floor and you go out on floor 3 with stairs and escalators so it may be a bit confusing at first, but you eventually figure it out. The staff was nice and helpful. I do wish the breakfast was better considering how much money I spent for 2 nights.
