Weve stayed in many Scandics as quality is usually very high across all countries. But, this one seems to be an older one with more dated room furnishings and features throughout the hotel. Also the breakfast offerings are not on par with other scandics sadly, also there is not enough tables at breakfast for the amount of people, whether you go at 9 am or 10am you and several others have to walk around until someone leaves. Not nice

Spacious
The hotel is one of the many Scandic brand in Malmo however this particular one is close to the city centre and the major shopping district of Malmo. Its a very clean and tidy hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast. The hotel rooms is very spacious with kitchen facilities as well as equipments. Three of us stayed in the room, one using the sofa bed and there is still plenty of space.

Convenient location, great service.
Hotel very convenient for city centre, but still quiet. Stayed in family room, which was masive, with kichenette- brilliant idea for families. Staff were very helpfull and allowed us to leave our luggage for free at the hotel for several hours both before we checked in and after we checked out. Breakfast was also great, with pleanty of choice. Would stay in this chain again and recommed.

Convenient well equipped hotel
Large rooms that include easy chairs, a table and dining chairs, cooking facilities and a fridge. You could prepare a full meal here! Good breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Decent bar, that closes promptly about 11pm. We arrived about midnight because of travel delays. We were able to buy bottled beer and coffee at reception and sit in the bar area on arrival. Which was very welcome. The hotel is conveniently located on the edge of the town centre about 15 minutes luggage wheeling from the station.

The cost of the environment?
This is a lovely hotel and well located for the city although not central. What annoyed me a little was their attitude to cleaning. I entirely agree that rooms do not need to be cleaned every day. However in Canada you pay a different rate for this and here it was still the full price, which was not cheap. They have less staff, less outlay and I would be interested if every saved penny was donated to a green charity!
