Would Visit Again.
Stayed in 2 different rooms (as re visited). Front of desk Staff good. Gym Small, but has 2 running machines, very little weights. Generally quiet neighborhood, but short walk from restaurants and main town. Laundry Room (coin operated) is a big bonus, allowing you to pack less!

No hesitation to recommend
Great place for convenience as rooms have everything you need in a modern style and great for families. Quiet location but near station so easy to get around. Extremely helpful reception staff with great English. Would recommend.

Great!
This hotel was perfect for our needs; clean, comfortable and walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku 'central', but far enough away that it was quiet at night when we wanted to sleep. We liked the homely touches such as the comfortable yukata robes and slippers provided, and there were lots of convenience stores nearby so we could easily stock the fridge in the kitchenette which was part of our room.

Excellent location
The hotel is in a good location with excellent metro links, and being very close to the busy area of Shinjuku. The neighbourhood has some good restaurants too and a convenient 7-11. The only shortcoming for us is the size of the room. For a couple and a grown up child it is very crowded.
