Everything you could think of and more for your stay. The room, had a bedroom, kitchen with a couch bed, bathroom and balcony. The kitchen had absolutely everything you need for a family stay, coffee machine with coffee and filters, microwave, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, pots and pans and cutlery plates, paper towels. frankly everything you could need. It was right on the river and was a great location 5 mins from Estes Lake. The staff were very helpful especially Calla, who gave us amazing trips for our hiking and where to go (Sunrise on Emerald Lake was spectacular thanks).

We loved our stay at The Inn of Fall River. We stayed in Bear Cabin. It was absolutely perfect. Right on the water, hot tub was clean and lovely, and the cabin was stocked with all the necessities. They even left us some coffee and coffee filters. This place is also very convenient to town and to the RMNP. I highly recommend this place!
