Perfect location in Clearwater Beach.
Perfect location across the road from the beautiful beach, next to loads of restaurants and 10 minute walk to pier 60. Hotel/motel is fairly basic, but nice touches like free coffee and especially being able to borrow pool and beach toys made it excellent. We even borrowed 2 beach chairs and an umbrella.

Great place for a short stay close to the beach
We found the reception staff very efficient and helpful as we required an amendment to our booking on arrival which was some 3 hours in advance of the book in time 12 of us stayed in three separate units and we found the rooms to be very clean and they had all that we needed for our short stay The location was spot on and we found good eating facilities nearby at CK's and the bar next door - the break in Clearwater was a superb way to break up our stay in Kissimme

Reasonable value, nice pool, close to beach.
Staff friendly and very helpful. Spectrum Cable TV installed in every room while we were there, which was a vast improvement. Nice pool area and kept clean. Plenty toys for kids. Plenty free parking. Five mins walk to beach. We had rooms 411 & 428. Both clean with plenty hand, bath and pool towels provided. Rooms serviced every day if you need it. 411 TV in bed area and can’t be watched from sitting area. 428 had decent TV in bed area but small old-style TV, high up in sitting/kitchen area. Rooms are individually owned but maintained by Resort Management Company so room facilities may vary. 428 had lImited kitchen cupboard space and both rooms had small, under counter fridges which was disappointing. Overall, still a good place to stay and we would go back again.
