Staff were fabulous - so very helpful. Great location, close to RDS and there's a beautiful park, 5 minutes walk away

Great Stay
Rooms spacious and comfortable. Fantastic bed. Great bathroom and shower. Wifi great and super breakfast. The staff are a credit to the place. All interactions excellent including at reception, breakfast and in the bar. Only criticism was my wife felt the hairdryer was not up to the standard of everything else and wished she’d brought her own. My need for a hairdryer disappeared a long time ago ! Been before and will be back again.

Very Good8.0
The room itself was a lovely and I was very pleased with it. Breakfast was amazing and the serving staff were very friendly. Overall atmosphere of the hotel was good however I specially requested not to be on the ground floor not thinking I would be put in a room below ground floor level, noise from floor above was ridiculous and I could hear every footstep. I was also told that I would not be charged until departure and the receptionist insisted he was just swiping my card however this was not the case, I was asked to put my pin in twice and I’ve since found out the pin is not needed for swiping the card. When my card was declined as I was carrying the cash he became very hostile. Not sure if this was due to a language barrier or not. Didn’t want to leave the hotel on bad terms but I think it should be noted for other people and brought up to managing staff. I hate to be so negative but being young and nieve I could have easily been misled and I felt like I was being treated differently from other customers, wouldn’t recommend to another younger couple but I had a lovely time in Dublin nonetheless.

Not so great. The TV was old so poor signal and sound. The room was freezing when we arrived and no heating in the bathroom to warm it up!! There was a party ongoing on the Friday night as we arrived so the music made it unable to sleep.

Great welcome on arrival however the level of inappropriate noise that was coming from either the room next to us or above was a disappointment, therefore led to a rubbish nights sleep. On check out, I also had a charge against our room that we'd eaten breakfast in the restaurant in which we had not. The woman at reception disregarded that the receipt had been signed and failed to check that it was not my signature on the receipt.
