Great location. Safe, convenient, free parking. Better than average gym with free weights, chin up bar and cable cross over in addition to treadmills. Bathroom was dirty. Drain plug missing in tub, hair in drain. Cracked, peeling wall paper and crumbling grout in bathroom. Bedroom floor not thoroughly cleaned. Old room key, gum wrappers, candies on bedroom carpet. Other guests indicated rooms were very clean if you booked directly through hotel instead of travel services.

Very disappointed
The condition of the room was not good. Wall paper peeling in the bathroom. The TV, microwave, and heater did not work. We were finally able to get the heat on in the morning. The temperature in the room was 57 when we got up. The smoke alarm did not have a battery in it and was open and hanging on the wall. Ice machine on our floor did not work. There was no one at the front desk to help us that night. Very disappointed in the condition of the hotel and was not up to the standards of a Hilton property. Stayed there specifically to celebrate my sister’s birthday.

Clean and convenient to town but overpriced
We stayed here in March and were surprised that the room rate had gone up about $70 per night for the same room. All workers we met were polite and courteous. In March, Covid had eliminated the free breakfast and we were happy to see it had returned this time. Our first breakfast was really good and included fresh beignets. The breakfasts went downhill after that first day including one day when the eggs and sausage were cold. We have family that moved to Fairhope so we will be returning to the area but we will be looking elsewhere for a place to stay. Definitely overpriced.
