No frill hotel
The location is ideal for us for our visit to London. Free car parking is a bonus. It is a short walk/bus ride to the main shopping centre. The hotel is rather basic and ok for the charging rate with free breakfast. It is a no frill hotel for a good night sleep. The room is small and basic. It needs refurbishing soon. I reported several faults and they were never rectified during our 3 night stay - bedside light and bathroom extractor fan not working. The shower unit was leaking badly. Staff was friendly and helpful.

What it says on the tin
The hotel itself was very good value for my one-night stay. Arrived late and left early, so it was suitable for my purpose. The staff were very helpful and considerate. The walk, with baggage, at 22.30 hrs, from Stratford station, was quite a trek.

Upon arrival the clerk at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. Even though we came early we were able to check in and park our car in the lot. We had a huge room with plenty of space for 4 people. Breakfast was delicious for a free breakfast. They serve a full English breakfast, toast, cereal, yogurt and juices. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night, it wasn’t until morning when everyone was leaving their room for breakfast that we realized it was a little loud with doors slamming. Overall it was a bargain for everything included.

No complaints here
Stopped over one night and have no complaints. Bed was fine, the little kitchen area was really nice to have, check in and out was good and easy. Big signs outside so it's easy to find and lots of shops/places to eat within easy walking distance. I would certainly look into staying here again if in the area.

Happily reminded me of the Linton Travel Tavern :)
Decent hotel, very clean and very polite reception staff. Decor is a little 1992, however it gave it a pleasant and nostalgic charm. Wifi is chargeable and is paid by cash only but only a few quid (you can pay on card for your stay, of course).

The worst service I’ve ever seen
Told us our room Wasn’t booked for the following night (Thursday) even tho it was paid until the end of the week. Wouldn’t let us even take our clothes out of the room we was supposedly not meant to be in. Possibly the worst service from a hotel I’ve ever seen.
