DECEPTION !! Mon avons fait le « forcing » pour arriver durant les heures d’ouverture de la réception et nous avons trouvé porte close 20 minutes avant l’heure de fermeture indiquée ! Nous avons dû téléphoner plusieurs fois avant de recevoir le « fameux mail » nous indiquant le code de la boite à clef ! Ambiance « glauque », barrière de parking non fermée la nuit. Route TRES passante même la nuit. Appartement surchauffé, pas de climatisation et extrêmement bruyant si on ouvre les fenêtres. Nous avons l’habitude de venir à Nantes et, bien sûr, nous ne choisirons pas cet établissement.

Une expérience très décevante, loin des photos présentées lors de la réservation. Pour 346,12 € les deux nuits, nous nous attendions à un logement propre, confortable et correctement entretenu. L’appartement était sale à plusieurs endroits. Le clic-clac était taché, déchiré, avec la mousse apparente, et particulièrement inconfortable. Nous avons également constaté des traces de moisissure autour de la baignoire, un réfrigérateur mal nettoyé et plusieurs équipements détériorés. Il n’y avait pas de climatisation et les ventilateurs fournis étaient insuffisants face à la chaleur étouffante dans le logement. Dans l’une des chambres, les lampes d’appoint ne fonctionnaient pas. La chasse d’eau coulait continuellement et nous avons dû retirer nous-mêmes le cache pour parvenir à l’arrêter. Plus inquiétant encore, de petites étincelles apparaissaient lorsque nous branchions nos chargeurs dans certaines prises, et ceux-ci chauffaient anormalement pendant la recharge. L’état réel de l’appartement ne correspondait absolument pas à l’annonce. Nous nous sommes sentis très mal à l’aise durant tout le séjour. J’ai essayé d’évoquer les problèmes au moment du départ, mais le sujet a été évité et aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Au vu du prix payé, de l’état du logement et des problèmes rencontrés, nous ne recommandons malheureusement pas cet établissement.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Logement PMR spacieux et bien équipé. Le canapé lit est très confortable mais lit vraiment trop ferme. La salle de bain PMR est très spacieuse aussi, parfait si on est en fauteuil. C'était agréable de pouvoir prendre sa douche sans avoir de difficulté pour entrer dedans ou en sortir. Sinon petit soucis de communication pour l'arrivée tardive, on m'a dit que je recevrai un sms vers 17h vendredi avec les informations, rien donc j'ai rappelé mais impossible de les joindre au téléphone. Le lendemain je les ai rappelé, j'ai réussi à avoir la réception, on m'a dit que je recevrai le sms avant 18h, 17h52 rien du coup je rappelle avant la fermeture de la réception et là on me dit que j'aurai le sms après 18h... C'est dommage que les informations qui m'ont été données au téléphone lors de mes différents appels et par mail aient été contradictoires car c'était un peu stressant d'être dans l'incertitude. Au final j'ai bien reçu le sms pour récupérer la clé et nous avons pu profiter de la chambre.

A l'arrivée ils m'annoncent un prix 20% plus cher car la remise memebre n'est pas passée mais il a fallu 20 min pour qu'ils comprennent. Arrivée dans le studio n°220 normes handicapées propriété médiocre, état de la Sdb horrible, le siège pour les handicapées je suppose que personne naurait eu envie de l'utiliser. Le lendemain j'informe et on me dit que ce studio n'a pas ete révové. Je remarque qu'en passant par votre plate-forme nous avons souvent les chambres anciennes et sales. Ceci est-il la norme chez vous ??? Bizarrement impossible d'importer des photos du bel état de la chambre.

Plutôt déçu de notre séjour

En arrivant il fesais très froid dans la chambre. C'était propre mais il y avait du carrelage de casser et la peinture qui s'écaille a certains endroits. Il y a eu beaucoup de vent a Nantes ce weekend et nous l'avons senti dans la chambre il faudrait revoir l'isolation. Et pour finir mon compagnon ce retrouve avec un lumbago a cause de la literie donc pas cool
