Christmas 2020 stay
Room wasn’t clean you would think that there would be an extra effort to clean the rooms during the pandemic but I went in and disinfected the unit myself and the counters were really dirty and some of the dishes as well so who knows what was really cleaned in the room the dishwasher was broken and the elevator broke for 24 hrs I stayed there with five kids so that was rough.. now the room was spacious and the balcony was nice the set up of the room was ok they just need to work on keeping up with the cleanliness of the units

TVs small. Difficulty operating TV. Old soap left on top of shower door from previous occupancy. Too otherwise clean. Water smelled and tasted of Sulfar.

terrible experience
our first night our door would not open at 11pm so i called multiple times, finally an hour later someone came to let us in, he even had a problem opening the door. I was told that this is a common problem and that all the locks are being reprogrammed! I'm not sure why they didn't put us in a room that didn't have problems. The pillows were all flat as a pancake, and they didnt have extra blankets, all the beds only had a thin sheets.

It would have been much better but we switched rooms 3 times. First room had mold growing, second room the ac did not work so we were miserable for about 10 hours at 87 degrees. Third room was ok but by the time we finally settled in we should have just stayed one night I was tired and ready to return home after the rough night in the heat and in and out of different rooms but on a good note the kids still had a great time...
