The staff at this hotel are some of the friendliest and most helpful that I’ve ever run into. The location is perfect. Offside enough for a little peace and quiet yet within walking distance to most everything. Beautiful harbor view. We had a nice big room with a somewhat noisy airconditioner. That was made up for by the fact that it was very efficient and cooled off quickly.

This place is great. Outside is Cape Cod worn but inside is extremely clean. Cleaner than some upscale i’ve stayed at. Front desk staff were awesome. Both shifts. Rooms and inside area were very clean. Continental Breakfast was great. All day coffee was a nice feature. Walking distance to ferry’s and downtown. Thank you Mary and Sandi. You guys were awesome!

Front desk was very welcoming and the hotel was very clean. Maybe it's a little aging like the dresser missing the handle or a screw falling from the chair as I was sitting there. The soda in the cooler and the breakfast (wrapped coffee/pound cakes) were expired but there were other breakfast options and a nice warm fireplace that was on in the day time.

We absolutely loved our stay! Going off-season is key. Sandi, the front manager, was fabulous and we had many engaging conversations. The room was amazing, the room where the breakfast was served was extremely welcoming, the location was wonderful and I honestly cannot say enough great things about our visit!
