Location good
Location was good surrounded by shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 3 minutes walk to the sea. Clean apartment good spaces, powerful shower, continental breakfast tea coffee and biscuit, I like that there was carton of milk in the fridge for my child. My only complaint was the noise made by the other customers in the night. I have stayed only one day, if it was more days, I think it would have been annoying, knowing you can't do much with teenagers!!

Location is perfect,within walking distance of the pier. We stayed in the ground floor and it was quite small and crammed and very warm. Thankfully there was a fan in there. The extra bits for breakfast etc was nice. Was ok for one night stay and a good price for central Brighton but wouldn’t stay for longer than one night

What we booked and paid for is not what we received. Our bathroom is was shared, not private, as was advertised. Both nights we stayed were incredibly noisy with no response from staff when we reached out. Floors are impossibly creaky (cannot sleep through noise) and super loud barking dog/ partying. The signage says the property managers do regular noise checks… didn’t happen once. Beds are comfy but rooms are tiny and again, this property either gave up our room, or the listing is false advertising — we were not happy with the 1 tiny and smelly bathroom in a hallway for four suites. Location is great but would not stay there again. Look elsewhere for your stay in Brighton!

Check in was ok, keys & parking permits were in reception. Had few minor issues with room itself. Was able to use Netflix etc on TV provided but could not get decent signal for normal channels. There was an issue with shower, cold water tap was seized so shower was scolding hot so couldn't use. Didn't report at time as used sink for washing. Location was very noisy with both guests and people congregating outside property at all times night/morning. Earplugs were on offer by management. Requested room to be serviced on second day but was not so went without cereals next day.
