It was clean comfortable 2 only things that really wasn’t luxurious was when we couldn’t go in the pool or the gym or when they didn’t have a smart TV (only tv with cable) the pools I understand I guess because of Covid but I enjoyed my stay. Booking was bit overpriced but overall good hotel very nice staff. Definitely a good hotel for macomb

i think for being in macomb, this hotel is too overpriced. PLUS the fact that we aren't provided ANY hot options for breakfast does NOT comport with $100/nt hotel (not to mention the huge savings on the hotel's part). so we pay the same price, if not more, as BEFORE the pandemic but we get LESS amenities now? make it make sense, please. but on the plus side, the hotel is clean with plenty of parking. lots of hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere. i especially appreciated the tv remote being placed in a clean bag and 4 additional handi-wipes to use.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facility was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shower head was lacking in that it didn’t spray fully. The pool was closed due to Covid. The free breakfast was boxed but very good with lots of choices.

This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. We were on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor hotel. We constantly heard footsteps above us as if were in a 2 story house of apartment. The soundproofing was horrendous. You could hear people in the hallways all times of day and night.

Amazing Customer service. Beautiful room. The TV in our room didn't work and they came to fix it right away. We eventually had to move rooms but they were kind about helping us move our stuff to the next room.
