J’ai bien aimé la chambre , l’etablissement en general, le personnel . Le petit déjeuner offre une grande variété de pâtisserie et fruit au syrop mais pas de fruits et légumes et la fermeture vers 10:00 n’est pas appréciable .

Nach 3 Nächte in Radisson BluHotel in Algiers dachte ich dass auch in eine 5 Sterne Hotel könnte ich mich auf gute Standard freuen. Naja,schon als ich habe Hotel angerufen um Flughafen Abholung zu organisieren war ich enttäuscht da niemand nahm ab. Als wir kamen in Hotel an, mussten wir unsere vier Koffer selber reintragen,Concierge ignorierten uns. Müssten Sie extra ansprechen, so dass sie würden überhaupt die Koffer ins Zimmer bringen.Das Hotel hat etwa vier Lifts, aber trotzdem muss man Ewigkeiten warten. Zimmer sind gross,sauber,Balkon ist gut.Trotzdem fehlt Bademänteln/Pantoffeln,Zahnburstbecher und kein Buch mit Info: Öffnungszeiten Pool/Spa/Frühstück usw. Service im Test extrem langsam,wacklende Tische,keine Getränkekarte usw Meiste Rede kein Englisch. Zimmer wird oft erst nach 15 Uhr gereinigt,nur ein Kaffeetasse anstattzwei, sie vergessen Wasser oder Nescafé zu auffüllen.Wenn man ruft an und reklamiertwird es nur französisch geredet.Sie geben Antworte wie;nur am erste Tag bekommen sie Teebeutel zu dem Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Es ist verboten z.B Mineral oder Chips zum Hotel zubringen. Am Pool nur schreckende Kinder. Pool öffnet 10 Uhr,aber schon vorher fast alles besetzt.Badetücher kriegt man nur wenn man hat Glück.Die Tücher darf man nicht zuStrand nehmen. am Strand sollte man private Tücher haben. Treppe zu Strand Lebensgefährlich.Am Strand zuwenig Stühle,kaum eine Liege,kein WC,kein Service.Am Pool kann man Pizza-bestellen und kriegt es nach 1 Stunde

Hôtel à fuir !!!
Hôtel qui ne vaut certainement pas le prix demandé sauf pour les adeptes de médiocrité. Taches sur la moquette, plinthes qui se décollent,coupures électriques toutes les 30 mins, coupure d’eau le soir (très pratique lorsqu on rentre de la piscine qui n’est pas propre).Nous avons eu une inondation dans la salle de bain,nous avons appelé 5 fois l’accueil pour qu un membre du personnel vienne nettoyer et à chaque fois le même discours : oui oui madame,une femme de ménage arrive. Au bout de 2h, j’ai nettoyé moi même avec les moyens du bord (serviettes et draps) et lorsque nous sommes descendu à l accueil, le réceptionniste nous a dit que les femmes de ménage n’avaient pas le temps ! Nous avons eu une chambre pour 4 mais il y avait seulement 2 serviettes de bain , lorsque nous avons demandé à en avoir 2 supplémentaires on nous a dit que ce n’etait pas possible car ils avaient des restrictions ! Sans oublier notre passage le soir au bar de la piscine où nous avons commandé 2 virgin mojito à 600 dinars chacun et qui ont été facturé à 1000 dinars chacun, soit disant la carte n’était pas à jour mais ce n’ait pas notre problème si la carte n’est pas à jour, après de longues négociations ils ont finalement accepté de nous les faire payer au prix affiché sur la carte : 600 dinars. Le restaurant buffet n’avait que très peu de choix et la qualité était médiocre, le restaurant italien était fermé pour soit disant travaux mais aucun travaux en vue et nous n’avons pas tenté le steack house.
