We stayed here one night after a long travel day from the US. The location was perfect - close the airport, but also near the water and some great options for dinner. Fantastic hotel in a quiet location

Fantastic long weekend trip to Palma to see my niece and we stayed in this lovely hotel. The welcome was friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Any questions we had were always answered. Taxis were requested for us. Table bar service by the pool. Room was spotless and air con very welcome. We will definitely stay here again!!

The hotel was very clean, it was very close to a beach perfect for young couples, however there was a problem with staff, they weren't disrespectful however it was very slow to check in, i think having more than one reception desk would be more beneficial, other than that the stay was relaxing and our checkout went smoothly
