We orderd a double premium room, and choose to pay extra to make sure we got a rom with seaview. At check-in we got a room at ground floor, with no seaview.We did not feel comfortable at all there. There were a lot of bugs in the room, and all we could see outside was trees and sunbeds.We complained the same night, but the hotel was fully booked, so there was no rooms left. We were told to ask again the next morning. And so we did. The manager said no, and everybody else in the reseption, exept from this nice lady Raquel. She really cared for us, and wanted us to have the best stay at their hotel, she worked very hard to get us a new room with a seaview.
After a few hours, she managed to get us a new room, at 5th floor, and the seaview was amazing. All thanks to Raquel we had a lovely stay, and would defenetly come back.
