Very good value. Lovely hotel in superb location by the River. Friendly and polite reception staff. Room is small but very clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was the breakfast, no service from waiter, rotten fruit, old scrambled egg and disappointing Pastel de Nata. Better to go out for breakfast at a cafe.

Disappointing
A decent hotel in a good location. However there was a property next door being renovated which meant there was banging,drilling going on all day. The staff were generally sullen and uninterested in the guests, you were left feeling not welcome. Good breakfast. Bus stop opposite the hotel for Porto. The experience could have been so much better with a more positive attitude from staff.

They gave us a very small room with little air flow and the air conditioning not working properly. The manager said there was no solution and that we could look for another hotel. Basically, take it or leave it. Very incompetent person. We suggested if it was possible to get another room but they said they had no rooms available. We got a different room the next day that was ok.
