The hotel has charged me £150 automatically from my account saying the room had some cigarettes buds which I was smoking outside and put it in a bottle . Since I had no place to put the rubbish I brought it inside and left in room bin . They stole £150 from my account without my knowledge or consent. I really need my money back . Room cost per night was £61 and then charged extra £150 . I have no intention to pay that and I am loyal customer of hotels.com and I really need your help to get my money back
