We loved our stay! The location is perfect - just a short walk along from the Ultramar ferry port which was ideal after a long travel day. It was also a short walk into the main streets of Isla Mujeres where the restaurants / bars are, but the room was quiet and peaceful. The view from our room was beautiful and we loved watching the sunset over the sea from our balcony. Our room was lovely and clean. The cleaners were very friendly and the lady on reception who helped us was lovely - she was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations.

The first part of our experience was the friendly and informative greeting we had a check-in. The room was clean with a nice balcony. It is Oceanfront not beachfront meaning no beach but it is close. Pretty ocean view from balcony. Enjoyed beautiful Sunset with palm tree. Good unlimited coffee in room. Very nice. High water pressure at shower was very nice but water splash everywhere. ( I would recommend to .ake it rainfall shower with restrictors. So it would not splash out side of shower area The wifi internet bandwidth was not good enough, mobile device were not useful through wifi.(Impossible to watch streaming TV.) Need furniture like dresser or chest. Housekeeping was excellent 👌 Overall No Complaints other than wifi.

We loved our stay! It was a good location for watching all the coming and goings of the many boats and ferries visiting Isla. Staff were amazing. There is a small pool overlooking the marina. Overall it was a good place to stay for our four days on the island.
