Beautiful hotel The most comfortable bed you could ask for the decor of the hotel was also fantastic. Great hotel in centre of El Poblado - really clean and spacious room, lovely rooftop sauna and jacuzzi, with a beautiful view. Only downside is it’s loud at night due to the bars and clubs nearby but there is a white noise machine in the room which helps with sleep

The hotel, staff, rooftop bar and location were great. However the downside of this is the noise from surrounding bars is very loud until around 4am. Then at around 6am the cafes over the road start playing loud music while they set up! We were actually offered the choice to not pay for our second night (on a non refundable booking) before we even checked in, in case the noise was too much. So we could check out a day early without it costing us. At the point of checking in it’s a little too late for this. At least they provide ear plugs. We didn’t have breakfast included, but the cafe in front of reception offers a variety of choice for a very good price.
