The Kancamagus Lodge
Pleasant family weakend!
We had a great family weakend! The pool is huge and not a problem with being able to use it, it's not crowded. We eat at the resteraunt that is there and is very pleasant staff and portions are very big a nice place to stay!

Inexpensive, Clean and Comfortable
Only stayed for a couple of nights but the desk clerk was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We didn't take advantage of the pool or the on site restaurant so I can't comment on those, but as a place to lay your head when visiting the tourist attractions between Lincoln, Woodstock and even North Conway, this motel is worthy of your consideration.

Kangamangus Highway is a scenic drive! Be careful about speeding though. I got pulled over twice on the way up from Boston.

The Kancamagus Lodge
The room was very small, pretty sure I hot a full size bed when I paid for a room with a queen size bed, but that wasn't too big a deal. The hot water didn't work on the sink and the water temperature of the shower changed everytime somebody else in the hotel used hot water. The worst part of the stay tho, i would say is finding a bed bug on my pillow after sleeping there for two days and getting ready to leaving. I was very grossed out.

It's OK, but nothing to get excited about
Room was Good and staff was nice. Very weak Wi-Fi signal so it was hard to get a connection and when we did, it kept dropping out. Food at the Brittany's restaurant in the motel was OK, but service was really bad. It was annoying to have to get pool towels from the front desk. Note: This place is more along the lines of a motel.
