Nice budget stay
I see a few bad reviews here, but quite plainly I can't say I agree with most of it. The staff were great from start to finish, the room was clean and well maintained, and the surrounding area to the north is very pretty. (Though it is a fair walk to get downtown, be warned. That said, there is a bus that goes from the end of the road and from downtown, either 21 or 35 will take you back up.) In the rooms some of the drawers were water damaged and the side where the sink is has a few nicks, but keeping in mind that it's a residence for students most of the time it's nothing to whine about for the price. One thing I would've liked to have in the room is a hair dryer. That would've been great. But the inclusion of a Fridge/Freezer and a microwave was pretty cool. (Again, it's residences most of the year.) There's a kitchen and laundery where you can help yourself to what you need, but there's no in-room coffee supply. Overall, you get what you pay for and it's a nice play to stay on the cheap.

We were positively surprised by the comfort. As a family we have enough space for us. Thanks so much. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Don't Stay Here
Rooms smelled dank and musty. Tried 2 rooms, both smelled. Chose to cancel and stayed at a different hotel

Cheap hotel.
The hotel looks like old dormitory. The bedsheets were dirty, looks like they don't do a good job washing them. Hotels in general in Canada are way to expensive and poor quality, so in comparison to other hotels it might be descent place for the money. But comparing to other countries I would rate it very low.

Great value!
This hotel perfectly suited my trip's needs. Basic amenities for a decent price and we got that and more. I really enjoyed the 2 bedroom layout, small kitchen/dinette combo. I felt like we really got a bargain considering the location. My only complaint is that the wifi only reaches the lobby and the parking lot reserved for overnight parking is very dark. I felt really nervous walking from my car.
