Tennis Break
We enjoyed our stay but breakfast was not up to their usual standard. The buffet selection was very depleted and although did not have a full English, rather skimpy portions, the evening meal however was excellent. Have stayed there now for some 3 years however reception had no record of our previous visits.

Eaton stay
Nice stay. Very good customer service, very comfortable bed. Nice cooked to order breakfast. Free parking included.

Great find - fabulous location if you are going to the Birmingham Arena. Reception staff helpful. Piping hot breakfast served with a smile. Only down side, whenever next door flushed their toilet or had a shower it was very loud in our room!

Great place for hippodrome theatre
All good. Comfortable room and helpful staff. Good location for hippodrome- just 15 minute taxi ride. My only complaint was the fire alarm going off at 1.30 am. It wasn't a real fire. This meant a much needed catch up on sleep (away from the 3 children overnight does NOT happen often) was disrupted!

Again, The Eaton & it's staff reminded us of what a "proper" hotel is. Thank them for their attentive service in making our stay so comfortable.
