10/10 Exceptional

Our stay at the Ramada Stansted was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean throughout. The beds were like a dream and the bed linen and towels were excellent. The staff on reception were friendly and welcoming and on entering the Ramada, you could see how inviting and clean the reception was. We did not have time for a breakfast, due to our early flight. However, we have had many deliciously tasting cooked breakfast at this particular Ramada in the past and really enjoyed it. When we stayed on 2nd September, the man on reception was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming, which was a bonus straight away. We would give him 5 Stars *******.

Quick to check in with friendly staff. Room perfect for a one night stay & despite the hotel being close to motorway & services really quiet. Sockets by the bed would be handy. I also got an email prior to checking in to pay despite paying when I booked??? Really handy for early morning flight, would recommend.
