Disappointed
Paid breakfast in advanced and the hotel was not giving the good service because of Covid. Still waiting for the reimbursement. Spent more than an hour on a chat with hotels.com only to tell me the manager was not at the hotel and that they could not get my refund, that they will contact me later. No hot water in the shower, sink drainage was clogged, no shampoo or amenities. The towel rack was about to fall down. Tried to borrow a wine opener with no luck. Overall a very average/mediocre stay for a night in Wichita Falls for a soccer tournament

Keep driving...
Room was nice BUT...No hot water!! No creamer or lotion in my room, tv wouldn't work! Freezing in the hallways, understaffed. Not a pleasant stay for what I paid.

The only good thing about this stay was no bed bugs. My room was not cleaned properly. Walls, floors, tub and surfaces. Masks they say are required but lots of people including staff were not bothering. This would have been a nasty experience before covid. For a Marriott it was disturbing.

Lobby area was nice, however the room was small with a queen size bed instead of a king, and they provide one cup of coffee in both regular and decaf. Had to ask for more towels and drinking cups as well.

We arrived at 9:30 pm. We were given room keys and they did not work! We had to go down to the lobby 3 times to try and get keys which would work! WE asked the desk clerk if there was another room and were told that they did not have any additional rooms. The clerk or nite supervisor came up with her special key lock but it did not work and then finally she said their was another room available. The cleaning staff were not wearing masks in the hallways. They told us we could not have any towels because of covid. Totally uniformed! Never going back there!

Wonderful hotel.
Great hotel with awesome patio and amenities. (Some closed due to COVID) Very up to date and accommodating. Only negative was; you should never have to ask for TP. Would definitely recommend staying here.
