The Hotel is really good and would stay again. I would suggest that if you had problems with stairs you would tell them that prior to booking . We were in a top floor room which was lovely but difficult, at our age and (dis)ability to deal with. As stated, we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in room 10, the panoramic view of the sea was stunning. Lovely shared balcony. Bird song at dawn and dusk was so beautiful. Bathroom was amazing and my daughter enjoyed a disco light bath in the enormous bathtub in the middle of the room. The ceiling night sky decor is stunning. Room selection of teas/coffee/hot chocolate was fab. Breakfast was incredible, such a variety of choices. Only downside was the very weak power of the shower, the very creaky bed and not knowing how to get the TV out of the unit.

The room was clean as it should be. Because of the hotel layout it was a bit noisy, no one's fault. The English breakfast was a bit small, never tried the continental.

10/10 Exceptional

Very pleasantly surprised by the well presented hotel, designed to be in keeping with it's original features intact, along with more quirky elements in the decor. The lounge was very comfortable and spacious, and felt like we had stepped back in time to the nineteen twenties. The food was excellent, both as the main meal and the included breakfast, which was a broad menu. The room was very clean, the shower excellent, with pleasant little touches around the choice of teas. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and quietly efficient. The surroundings were lovely, with lengthy walks available in both directions along the coast. For the price we had a short but very comfortable stay. Would recommend and we will definitely be back.

Room was very good and clean, nice selection of tea and coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful, food was good. Great location. The only thing I would say though, is that the staff could be better presented, when you first arrived it was hard to tell them from general members of the public, as some were in jeans and random jumpers, sweatshirts, trainers etc, would have been nice to gave sone sort of conformity

The room was spotless, quirky with the best sea view we could ask for! The room was rather small (we chose the comfort with sea view). We didn’t mind how small the room was, just felt it could have had more storage. It was impossible to unpack because there wasn’t enough storage/drawers to put anything.
