Nice place. Very family friendly and chill. Was a little confused on what was billed to our card and what was put on our hotel tab. But other than that the pool was clean, warm, 50 yards from the ocean and great view for only $80 per night.

I came to relax, the hotel was closed for covid and I was sent to another hotel (the grand mayan), but to check in took about 3 hrs I drove to the hotel, and any time i need my car to go out it takes up to one hour to be able to get your car, and i was charged for parking even Hotels.com says “free parking “

Beautiful pool, grounds and beach. Excellent (if somewhat pricey) breakfast buffet (drink the rich coffee instead of ordering a cappuccino). Wifi fairly week both poolside and in the room; may have been stronger in the beautiful lobby areas since there were usually guests on laptops there when I passed through. Kudos to Stefanie at check-in/check-out for her helpfulness and sense of humor!

Very nice people and accommodating with our request to change room because of a bad smell. The air conditioning is a bit noisy, ear plugs are a must.

Very clean and comfortable! Their Joy Squad has plenty of activities for all ages. Swimming pool is great and good restaurant in the hotel and outside (walking distance).
