Highly recommended

The room is surprisingly clean and spacious. Shower is great, bathroom complete with soap, toothbrush, etc. Can easily reach out to the staff, they are considerate as well. Good location, near train station, near Basilica, restaurants. There is also free breakfast!

Everything was good … the wifi needs to be upgraded as it had a very difficult time supporting the devices attached… overall I would certainly recommend the location and cleanliness. Staff was very responsive and tried their best to help with the wifi situation also.

The hotel staff provide free water with 1,5L bottles which was immensely helpful. They are very communicative on WhatsApp as well. The property itself was clean, in a great neighborhood, and had great amenities. I would highly recommend this to any group of 2 or less people.

6/10 Good

The room itself was fine-- decorated well, conveniently located-- but maintenance was lacking. There was a huge rip in the wallpaper. The real issue was the communication with the property manager (who never gave their name). They asked to know our arrival time, and I gave the estimated time. They then demanded my phone number to move the conversation from Hotels.com messaging to WhatsApp, and I replied I was not comfortable with this and would prefer to stay on the Hotels.com platform. They made this demand 5+ times before accepting answer that I preferred platform messaging. Next they sent a hostile message that the property manager would be there at exactly 17:30 to let us in, and to press the intercom at that time "not before not later". I said we'd do our best but may arrive 10 minutes earlier. No response to this. The next wrinkle was that our friend was traveling separately and would arrive at a different time. The property manager then started demanding her phone number. It felt very much like a scam. I would not feel comfortable staying here again, and I encourage other travelers to explore other options.

4/10 Fair

They listed as amenities laundry, parking on site, and air conditioning and had none of them. Having amenities in the city is not the same as having them in the building. I booked because i thought i couls park. Nope had to pay 35 euro a night. I thought i could do laundry. Nope had to walk 25 minutes with a sack of laundry across the city and pay. I thought i could sleep comfortably but nope not only was the ac locked out, the heater was permanently on even though it was already a warm night. This would be 1 star had the host not brought us a fan and let us keep our bags there after we checked out. I would not recommend this hotel.

2/10 Poor
