Although we were kindly upgraded to a suite, our stay was mixed. The suite was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with excellent amenities. However, the room showed clear signs of wear, with damaged walls that need urgent refurbishment. The main issue was the air conditioning, which was concealed in the ceiling and struggled in the July heat and humidity, making the suite warm. We also found a towel hanging inside the ceiling area, which was unusual. Overall, we appreciated the upgrade, cleanliness, and amenities, but the room condition and cooling system was quite average for the price tag.
