Great location comfortable hotel
Hotel was very central with loads of restaurants within easy walking distance. Lovely comfortable lounge for a drink before or after going out. Good sized rooms (102), with a large bed. Friendly staff. Excellent stay!

Book a bigger room if you can
We booked a small room with a street view and boy, was the room small! The shower cubicle and the toilet cubicle were both in the room and both were compact and bijou. The shower cubicle leaked as the seal wasn't great and this had obviously had an effect on the rug by the bed which, quite frankly, was filthy We did report the shower seal to reception and it was mainly repaired. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable, the black out blinds and soundproofing were great and the hotel was perfectly situated for the metro and sights and attraction, restaurants in Lisbon. Breakfast was also very good, a big plus being the coffee made to order. Staff were generally very nice and helpful. I did have a quibble with reception as I had enquired by e-mail whether I could pay with a different credit card to the one I made the booking with and was assured that would be no problem. When I arrived I found the money had been taken off the original credit card. I was told this could not be changed. The two other hotels in Lisbon and Porto had no problem with this at all. If you stay here, make sure you book a bigger room.

Weekend break to Lisbon
The hotet was excellent, great location the it lived up to the 'boutique' badge with very well designed and furnished rooms. Excellent touches included Marshall sound system and design influence from Fred Perry. We were lucky enough to be on the top 5th floor with views to the Castle and across central Lisbon which was a bonus. This is the third trip I have taken to Lisbon and i love the place. There is plenty to do during the day including museaum, tours etc along with an excellent range of restaurants and bars all at great prices. I can't recommend the city highly enough.

This hotel is a must stay
The five of us that stayed at the Boutique are hugely grateful to the hotel and all of the staff who made this a memorable stay. The facilities, the breakfast and the service were of a high standard and we can't thank you enough. We were also given a free bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday to top it all. We shall all be staying here every time we visit Lisbon.

Nice, character hotel in central Lisbon
Hotel is in a good position to get out and explore the lively city of Lisbon. It is in quite a touristy part of town but it is very central and easy to walk a little way and explore the more interesting areas of town. Hotel is a little quirky and has character and the staff are friendly and helpful. Good choice of options for breakfast and there is a cafe on the ground floor of the hotel. Room was good with lovely big king sized bed and nice additions like having an iMac and nespresso machine in the room. However the rooms and the hotel need a little bit of attention and maintenance, with skirting boards not attached in the bathroom or broken drawers and the likes needing to be fixed. Loved staying here though and would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in central Lisbon.
