Very good 8.0
significant additional charges at check-in
I booked a triple room however I had to pay an extra fee at checkin as the room only had two beds. The hotel initially insisted I pay an extra 50% in addition to what I had paid The hotel blamed for the mistake of wrongly describing the room!! So be warned - you may not get what you pay for and face significantly more charges at check-in.

Poor 2.0
Stayed for 2 nights booked for non smoking room however they gave me smoking room. I asked to switch to non smoking room but they said n/a. It was cold weather so I need to turn on the heather but that makes the smoke smell even stronger and hard to sleep.

Wonderful. Within sight of the train station but you can't hear it. It is a little bit run down but not badly. Food and restaurants within a minute and some inside the building itself. Staff was helpful and cheerful.
