Lovely location with incredible reviews. Seeing the released red macaws on site was a treat. Tours booked via the hotel were excellent and we appreciated the recourse when one of our tours did not work out. Really loved the upper sunset deck. Restaurant was decent. Staff are happy and very helpful, but this property is extremely dated. There is no way this can be considered luxury. Feels like a 3-star at best. We couldn't wait to leave.
