4/10 Fair

Disappointing pre-flight stay. Check-in took 30 minutes despite no queue, and the staff member insisted on seeing how much I paid through Hotels.com. The AC was extremely old and loud, the mattress was worn, and the room looked less polished than the photos. The surroundings were noisy and messy, and the 700 shuttle is overpriced compared with an Uber at around 250
