Walt has done a wonderful job making this feel like a fun, hip and cherished atmosphere. We loved all the decor with a very cool nostalgic and Americana vibe. The pool atmosphere very much exceeded my expectations as you didn’t feel like you were in a parking lot at all as you didn’t even see the cars. The fencing around it was laced with white vinyl and ivy and etc. Really fun place. The only real set back is the area wasn’t wonderful and the internet not the best, the shower took some figuring out and could be replaced/upgraded.

When we arrived we had no power because of a power line issue. The front desk lady was amazing she showed us to our room and showed us all the amenities in our room. Our room was a deluxe 2 bedroom. Our room had full size fridge, washer and dryer, dishwasher. Bedroom 1 had king size. Bed bedroom 2 had a queen bed. There were 3 fireplaces. Livingroom was small but had a kitchen island with seats. The pool was amazing. They have corn hole, basketball, and swings for kids. The motel is pet friendly. The hotel was newly purchased and they have put a lot of time and effort into the upgrades. Truly amazing. We booked another stay, because it was so nice. The owner was really nice. They even include beach towels in our room. There was fire pits and bbq grills.

My dog was graciously welcomed. The place was clean and comfortable. It was reasonably priced for off-season. We really only came to spend the night to see a high school play. They had just finished creating a beautiful apartment that I check out. Jonathan Edwards was perfect for a quick sleep-over. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

While I was walking to the front door the owner met me outside and offered to upgrade my room. Of course I said yes! The room was beautifully decorated very clean with an electric fireplace which made the room very warm n inviting. I had access to a full kitchen a living room with a huge tv and sofa n a very nice n clean bathroom with plenty of fresh towels. I hope I travel to Cape Cod again because I want the opportunity to stay at this place again. I highly recommend staying here if given the chance. Very close to plenty of restaurants to chose from as well.

Staff was very nice, helpful with information in the area. The room was spotless, everything was labeled,plenty of towels,etc. The reason its not a 5 star , is because I couldn't sleep. The room was too bright, full blinds were opaque, other verticle blinds were only at 1/2 way, and also see through. Wall heater was lit all night. Pretty, unless you want to sleep. Too bad because , otherwise it was a cute room. Please consider blackout shades.

This is an older Cape motel that has been spruced up a bit, but not much. It was clean. When we arrived there was no toilet paper or towels but the manager brought them right away. The bed was comfortable and the shower, hot, so the important things were taken care of.

I subscribe to “you get what you pay for” it is simply a 2 star place to sleep that has undergone somewhat of a facelift. Grounds are unkempt and yes some transient people staying. Sparse furnishings (no towels, and honestly didn’t ask, just used our own) and bathroom sink barely drained. That being said it is pet friendly and somewhere to rest your head. Note: If you want to “sleep in” don’t use the king deluxe room it has a skylight.

The property looks nothing like the online pics. We found out on our 1st night there that most of the rooms are occupied by tenants. There was trash all over outside of the "tenant" rooms. The pool was dirty. Wifi was spotty at best. We lost power in our room for a short period do to a blown fuse. I will say that the manager was wonderful and very accommodating. The "tenants were very respectful. The beds were comfortable. The rooms, as well as the property need some serious updates...especially the bathrooms.
