Wonderful Stay
Very accommodating, helpful, and attentive service from valet to checkin to checkout. There was an issue with the TV in the room and Glenn from engineering showed up immediately, 10pm in a Friday, and was exceptionally helpful and courteous. I have seen some reviewers had less than glowing reviews of the service so I’d like to highlight how wonderful our experience was. It is certainly a busy location with lots of street noise, but that’s outside the hotel’s control. The people driving around Boston on a Friday night are just uniquely enamored with their car’s horn….

Clean. Comfortable. Went to a show with the intention to comeback to the hotel and have a drink. This was impossible, the bar area basically turns into a club at night. Was able to make it to the bar but couldn’t get a drink order placed. Really terrible that management allows for that.
