Great hotel with a kid-friendly swimming pool
We had a lovely stay at the Novotel and made great use of the swimming pool facilities with our young daughter. We had an issue with the window not closing in our room and the receptionist promptly came to check it and then allocate us a new room when it couldn't be fixed. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

Novotel is in a great location. The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are nice and the breakfast was good, albeit a bit expensive.

Nice stay
Came for Eurovision, hotel was very expensive for what it was, so the offering compared to the price was below the level I would expect. For example, the tea/coffee offering for £300 a night was poor, as were toiletries, and given the inflated price it would have been nice to have something to take the edge off, even a bottle of Buck’s Fizz in the room for example. The staff were lovely, it was clean and the pool was lovely. It cost £30ish for 48 hours worth of parking. Breakfast was also nice although for £300 a night I would expect more choice but in general for what you normally charge it is probably reasonable.

Good location for the City Centre, Albert Dock and train station. Good room and breakfast. The pool is an especually good feature. Would defistay again.
